Request timing — If you need to request a cancellation or refund, contact MerchVerity as soon as possible. Eligibility may depend on whether intake information has been received and personalized audit work has begun.
Completed work — Because the audit is prepared for a specific merchant, requests made after substantial analysis or report delivery may be limited. Any checkout-specific terms presented at purchase also apply.
