MerchVerity provides independent diagnostic information intended to help merchants investigate observable storefront and product-data issues.
Independent service — MerchVerity is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by Google, Shopify, or other ecommerce platforms.
No approval guarantee — An audit cannot guarantee platform approval, prevent suspension, secure reinstatement, or predict internal platform enforcement decisions. Findings are based on information supplied by the merchant and publicly observable store information.
Merchant responsibility — The merchant remains responsible for reviewing recommendations, deciding what to change, maintaining accurate information, and complying with the policies of applicable platforms.
